Freshfields advises Flint Group on the sale of its XSYS division

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer ('Freshfields') is advising Flint Group, a global supplier of the printing industry, on the carve out and sale of its XSYS Division, which specializes in the development and supply of printing plates, sleeves and adapters, and pre-press equipment for the packaging industry. The buyer is an affiliate of Lone Star Funds, a global private equity firm.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval.
