Freshfields advises Infoniqa on its financing in connection with the acquisition of Sage Schweiz AG and Run my Accounts AG

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) is advising funds advised by Warburg Pincus (‘Warburg Pincus’) and their portfolio company Infoniqa on a financing used in connection with Infoniqa's acquisition of Sage Schweiz AG and Run my Accounts AG, leading HCM & ERP services and software provider in Switzerland.

The financing comprised of a term loan provided by various Barings funds, a revolving credit facility provided by Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. Corporate advice has been provided by partners Markus Paul and Torsten Schreier, principal associate Carsten Haak and associate Maximilian Hobuß (all Corporate/M&A).
