Freshfields advises on the sale of IFA Group

Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised SGP Schneider Geiwitz & Partner as trustee for the automotive supplier IFA as well as IFA on the sale of the IFA Group and on all related legal aspects of the trusteeship. The closing of the transaction was subject to regulatory approvals in various jurisdictions and a full refinancing of the IFA Group.

IFA Group is a leading manufacturer of automotive drive and cardan shafts with production sites in Germany, Poland, China and the USA and thus an important supplier to leading national and international OEMs (original equipment manufacturers).
