Freshfields advises One Equity Partners on its acquisition of Muehlhan’s European and US business
Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) advised One Equity Partners, a leading private-equity investment firm, on the acquisition of the core operating assets of Muehlhan AG (‘Muehlhan’), including Muehlhan’s European and growing US operations. Listed Muehlhan AG is headquartered in Hamburg and a global provider of surface protection solutions catering to the marine, infrastructure and offshore wind energy industries. The acquisition is expected to close by Q1 2023 and is subject to approval by the general meeting of Muehlhan AG, regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
