Freshfields advises TRATON on bond issue
Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised TRATON SE on its recent bond issuance of TRATON Finance Luxembourg S.A. under its Euro Medium Term Notes Programme. The €600 million senior unsecured bond is guaranteed by TRATON SE and carries a coupon of 4.125% for a term to maturity of three years. The bond was listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 22 November 2022.
The Freshfields team included Partner Rick van Aerssen and Associate Maren Gebel (both Capital Markets, Frankfurt).
