Freshfields advises banks on financing for Phoenix Contact
Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised the banks in a syndicated financing with a sustainability component for Phoenix Contact GmbH & Co. KG (‘Phoenix Contact’).
The core team included Partner Frank Laudenklos and Associate Lucas Lengersdorf (both Financing, both Frankfurt). From the tax law perspective, Partner Martin Schiessl, Principal Associate Christian Schmidt and Associate Sebastian Jung (all tax law, all Frankfurt) provided support.
