Freshfields Represents 3D Systems in Partial Repurchase of its Convertible Senior Notes

Freshfields represented 3D Systems Corporation (NYSE: DDD), a leading provider of additive manufacturing solutions including hardware, software, materials, and applications for healthcare and industrial markets, in a series of separate, privately negotiated agreements with a limited number of holders of its 0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026 (the “Notes”) to repurchase approximately $135 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes at an approximately 26% discount to par value.

The repurchases closed on December 13, 2023, leaving approximately $325 million principal amount of the Notes outstanding.
