Freshfields Advising JD Sports on its $1.1bn Acquisition of Nasdaq-listed Hibbett

Freshfields is advising JD Sports on its all-cash acquisition of Hibbett, Inc. (NASD: HIBB) for an enterprise value of approximately $1.1 billion. Details of the transaction can be found here.
