Freshfields Represents bp in $4.1B Take-Private of Archaea Energy

Freshfields is representing bp in its all-cash acquisition of NYSE-listed Archaea Energy Inc., announced on October 17, 2022. The transaction represents an enterprise value of $4.1 billion. The details of the transaction can be found here.
