Beyond the pandemic
WorkLife 2.0
The COVID-19 pandemic has led to huge changes in our everyday lives, and the key question on employers' minds is what the working environment will look like post-pandemic.
Under the banner of ‘WorkLife 2.0’, we have brought together ideas and opinions from across the firm on a range of topics that we consider to be at the forefront of businesses’ minds as we emerge from the pandemic.
Our briefings, blog posts, webinars and podcasts cover a wide variety of themes, including the challenges and opportunities raised by return to office policies and home working (such as the impact on diversity, reduced oversight of remote workers, the effectiveness of compliance policies and practices and the dampening effect on speak-up culture). We also explore existing and new trends such as the legal landscape of the platform economy, climate change, whistleblower protection, the use of artificial intelligence at the workplace and more.
At the same time, this initiative looks at what we expect to see from employees going forward, ranging from changing perspectives on sustainability objectives to shifting opinions on executive remuneration.
We are continually updating this site as we explore new topics and ideas around this ever-evolving subject.
